The Llewellyn Group, LLC is available to provide a full range of project management services to the real estate and land development community, whether they are developers, builders, financial institutions, investors or real estate brokers.
Land development is a “value-added” process, where incremental value is obtained at each step in the development process, such as when the land is entitled, permitted and as site improvements are completed. We strive to focus on all aspects of the process to develop the most efficient concept and to create the maximum possible value.

Your ADU journey begins with a phone call to discuss your project and budget, leading to a preliminary estimate. We then offer a rough estimate, outlining our process and ADU costs. A site visit for a Feasibility Study follows, assessing your property and refining the estimate to match your goals.

In the design phase, we tailor a floor plan to your goals, providing a Construction Estimate for budget finalization. Post-approval, we prepare detailed architectural drawings for permits and assist in selecting finishes, ensuring your project remains on budget.

From start to finish, we will oversee the construction of your ADU, ensuring every detail is built to plan, on time and within budget.
